What we collect and why

- Contributor submissions: contact details, proposal content, and consent so editorial teams can review your submission.
Retention
Newsletter data is retained while you remain subscribed and for up to two years after withdrawal unless a longer period is required by law.
Sharing
We use AWS SES for email delivery and do not sell personal data. Processors are listed in our privacy notice.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Use the preference centre or contact us using the details on this site.
